1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and mayawin ("mayawin," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the mayawin website located at mayawin.app and all associated gaming services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the mayawin website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the mayawin Platform and close your account if one has been created.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the mayawin Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds credited to a Player's mayawin Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spin credits, or other non-cash promotional value added to a Player's Account by mayawin.
• "GCash / PayMaya" refers to the Philippine e-wallet payment services used for deposits and withdrawals on the mayawin Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required before full account privileges are granted.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body overseeing gaming in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the mayawin website at mayawin.app and all its gaming services, content, and features.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a Player from their own financial sources, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of bets a Player must place using Bonus Funds before those funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the mayawin Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which apply at all times:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations for online casino gaming in the Philippines. mayawin strictly enforces this age requirement and verifies it during the KYC process.
2. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted at the time of placing any bet or engaging in any gaming activity on the Platform.
3. You must not be subject to any form of self-exclusion, whether voluntarily imposed through mayawin's Responsible Gaming tools or required by any applicable regulatory authority.
4. You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or director of mayawin or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game content suppliers, where your participation would create an actual or potential conflict of interest.
5. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as agent, nominee, or representative of any third party in creating an account or engaging in gaming activity on mayawin.

4. Account Registration

To access the full features of the mayawin Platform, including the ability to deposit funds and place bets, you are required to register a personal account. The following rules govern account registration:

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the mayawin Platform. The operation or attempted operation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where mayawin identifies multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified through matching personal information, device fingerprinting, payment method linkage, IP analysis, or other technical means — mayawin reserves the right to suspend or close all such Accounts and forfeit any associated Balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your Account and throughout the duration of your relationship with mayawin. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any payment method information used for deposits or withdrawals. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of all Balances.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must notify mayawin immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. mayawin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Account Verification

mayawin reserves the right to request verification of your identity, age, or payment method at any point during your use of the Platform, including before processing any deposit or withdrawal. Failure or refusal to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access.

5. KYC Verification

Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification is a mandatory requirement for all mayawin Accounts. KYC is required to unlock full Platform privileges, including unrestricted withdrawals and higher deposit limits. The following documents are accepted for KYC purposes:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by LTO
• Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC

mayawin may additionally require proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last three months) and, where required by applicable regulations, source of funds documentation. All submitted documents are processed and stored in accordance with the mayawin Privacy Policy.

KYC verification is typically completed within a few hours of document submission during business hours. mayawin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so.

6. Deposits

The following terms govern all deposits made to a mayawin Account:

• Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (TRC20), and Bitcoin. Available deposit methods and applicable limits are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account.
• The minimum deposit for all Philippine Peso methods is ₱100. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are determined by the prevailing network parameters and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment method.
• mayawin does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which mayawin bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are reflected in your mayawin Balance upon successful processing by the payment provider. mayawin is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network congestion.
• By depositing funds into your mayawin Account, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity.

7. Withdrawals

The following terms govern all withdrawals from a mayawin Account:

• Withdrawals are available to fully KYC-verified Accounts only. Unverified Accounts may be subject to withdrawal restrictions pending completion of identity verification.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and, where applicable, to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless mayawin explicitly permits otherwise.
• mayawin reserves the right to process withdrawals in tranches or request additional documentation prior to processing, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where there is a compliance review in progress.
• Withdrawal processing times are indicative only: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified Accounts; bank transfers within the same business day; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 30 to 60 minutes of approval.
• mayawin reserves the right to deduct applicable transaction or processing fees from withdrawal amounts where such fees are incurred. Any applicable fees will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirements are not permitted.
• In the event that mayawin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, mayawin may freeze, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal pending investigation, and may report the matter to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

mayawin offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, free spins, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All such bonuses are governed by these Terms and any additional specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

8.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion details. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements may not be withdrawn.
• mayawin reserves the right to set game-specific wagering contribution rates. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement; live casino games, table games, and other categories may contribute at reduced rates compared to slots.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus structures, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or multi-accounting for bonus acquisition, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related funds and potential Account suspension.
• mayawin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so.

8.2 VIP Program

mayawin's VIP Program grants enhanced benefits — including weekly cashback, priority withdrawal processing, dedicated account managers, and birthday bonuses — to qualifying players based on their cumulative wagering volume. VIP tier progression, benefit structures, and eligibility criteria are at the sole discretion of mayawin and may be amended at any time. VIP status does not constitute a contractual entitlement and may be revised or revoked where a Player is found to be in breach of these Terms.

9. Betting Rules

All bets placed on mayawin are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game interface:

• Bets are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to review all bet details — amount, odds, selection — before confirming. mayawin will not reverse confirmed bets on the basis of Player error.
• mayawin reserves the right to cancel or void bets where there is a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or where the outcome of an event is subject to dispute. In such cases, the stake shall be returned to the Player's Account.
• Winnings are credited to the Player's Account immediately upon confirmed settlement. For live events, settlement occurs upon official confirmation of the result by the relevant governing body or game provider.
• Maximum win limits may apply to specific games or bet types. Where a maximum win limit applies, it will be displayed in the relevant game information prior to placing a bet.
• mayawin reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Account at any time, without obligation to disclose the reason for doing so.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mayawin Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or the use of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in any multiplayer game or event hosted on the mayawin Platform.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from illegal activities, or using the Platform to launder money.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, while attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPN, proxy, or similar means.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mayawin staff or other users of the Platform.
• Any other conduct that mayawin, in its reasonable determination, considers harmful to the Platform, its other users, or its legal and regulatory standing.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the mayawin Platform — including but not limited to the mayawin brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and any other proprietary materials — is the exclusive property of mayawin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works of any Platform content; use any mayawin branding or intellectual property for any commercial purpose; or scrape, index, or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated means.

12. Privacy & Data

mayawin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at mayawin.app/privacy-policy. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

For the purposes of PAGCOR compliance and anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations, mayawin may be required to share certain Account and transaction information with PAGCOR or other regulatory and law enforcement authorities. Such sharing is not a breach of mayawin's privacy obligations to you and does not require your prior consent where it is mandated by law.

13. Responsible Gaming

mayawin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing players with the tools necessary to manage their gaming activity in a healthy and sustainable manner.

13.1 Player-Controlled Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all mayawin Account holders and may be activated at any time through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the Player. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect; reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods of one month, three months, six months, one year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is suspended and the Player will be excluded from all promotional communications from mayawin.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary break from gaming of between 24 hours and 30 days.

13.2 Age Restriction Enforcement

mayawin strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and employs multiple layers of verification to prevent access by minors. This includes KYC document verification, payment method cross-referencing, and ongoing monitoring. Players who believe a minor may be accessing a mayawin Account should contact mayawin support immediately.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mayawin shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the mayawin Platform.
• Any service interruption, downtime, or technical failure of the Platform, including but not limited to server failures, network disruptions, or third-party system outages affecting payment processing or game delivery.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials.
• Any losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, game content providers, or other third parties involved in delivering Platform services to you.
• Any loss of gaming sessions, pending bets, or game state resulting from a technical failure, provided that mayawin makes reasonable efforts to restore Platform availability and, where technically possible, restore game states or credit affected wagers.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit mayawin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

mayawin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity connected to the Account.
• Operation of multiple Accounts in violation of the One Account Policy.
• Conduct found by mayawin to constitute bonus abuse or exploitation of game vulnerabilities.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by mayawin.
• Any other conduct that mayawin reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, its other users, or its legal and regulatory obligations.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting mayawin support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account Balance (net of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of any pending verification or review processes.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the mayawin Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. Where a dispute involves a regulatory matter falling under PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution process shall first be exhausted before recourse to the courts.

17. Amendments to These Terms

mayawin reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, mayawin will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the mayawin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your Account in accordance with Section 15 of these Terms before the amendment takes effect.
